We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
It will usually take 2-3 business days to receive your order. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped to track your package with the tracking number.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the items in the basket. Delivery costs will be mentioned once in the basket, before finalizing the transaction. Note that with all orders of $75 or more before taxes, delivery is free.

Step 1: Shop online as usual. Step 2: Once in the cart, select the 'pick up in store' box. Then pay. Step 3: Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email indicating that it is ready for in-store pickup.
If you wish to cancel or make changes to an order that you have just placed, please contact customer service at 450-301-0122 or by email at info@olimega.com indicating your order number and the changes you wish to make. Please note that it may be impossible to modify or cancel your initial order because orders are processed upon receipt.
Oliméga Inc. does not reimburse delivery costs for the exchange or refund of a product in good condition. If a product does not correspond to your order, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email. Oliméga inc. will therefore bear all costs of returning and reshipping the product. No returns will be made on a used product.
